1921D VAM-9B Dbl Date, Trp Left Starts, Break Top Left S

VAM-9B has the doubled date, tripled left stars and doubled first right star of VAM-9.  Additionally, the last S of STATES has a small break with displaced metal at the top left and a "bean bottom" break in the lower loop.

VAM-9B also has a small dot next to the R of AMERICA.
