Discovered by Rob Joyce, March 2005 (Desirability:  )

Condition Census: 62R,  (Total: 1 MS, 0 Circ.) * Discovery too new for an accurate condition census

VAM-5C has a small bean shaped break in the bottom of the 2nd S of STATES that is different than VAM-1Y and VAM-5B.  Additionally, the date and stars are tripled.  The dies are also highly polished with many fine straight lines located around the coin, especially on the reverse.

The lower side of the star shows the tripling.
