1900 O/CC VAM-7A (O/CC Low, Die flake 9)

The 1900 O/CC VAM-7A was discovered by Jim Hart in 1999.

This variety is a late die state of the VAM-7 with large die flakes above the 9 in 1900.

First 0 in date doubled slightly at bottom left. Large die flake above the 9 in date.

Reverse die scratch common to VAM 7, 7a and 10.
