This is a nice S/S repunched mint mark listed in the Top-100 as VAM-6.  In 2002 a second Top-100 1885 S/S coin was added that is not in the first printing of the book.  Both share the same reverse.  VAM-6 has a normal obverse.  VAM-9 has a misplaced date in the denticles!
